Berlin During World Cup 2026

Berlin’s Fanmeile at the Brandenburg Gate is one of the most iconic public viewing venues in the world. During Euro 2024, over 200,000 fans packed Straße des 17. Juni for Germany’s matches. The tradition will continue for World Cup 2026.

Germany’s football culture runs deep, and Berlin’s beer gardens, Kneipe bars, and open-air screenings will be packed from opening night to the final. Most US afternoon matches kick off at 8–11 PM CEST — ideal evening viewing.

Berlin has the strongest public viewing infrastructure of any European city, with both official outdoor fan zones and a thriving network of beer gardens and bars that set up screens every tournament.
